Financial Aid Options

We know parents desire a school that meets their needs and supports their values.  We also understand that tuition for Christian education is a significant investment which may be beyond the means of some families.  The following are options available to families who qualify within specific program eligibility guidelines, and the Admissions Department is happy to explain the options in detail based on each family’s eligibility.

Indiana Choice Scholarship Program

Indiana’s Choice Scholarship Program enables qualified families to receive a credit (a school voucher) toward the cost of education at ECS.  Detailed information about the Choice Scholarship Program is available from the Indiana Department of Education.

The Indiana Choice Scholarship information with the expansions from the recent Indiana legislation session will be updated on our website as soon as we have official information from the Indiana Department of Education.

The following information will not be effective until July 1, 2023. ECS will provide action steps to qualifying families in June when detailed information is available.

At this time, we can share that households having an 2022 AGI of less than the approximate following numbers (with corresponding household size) can now be eligible for the Indiana Choice Scholarship Program in the upcoming 23/24 school year.

Household of 2 – $145,928
Household of 3 – $183,964
Household of 4 – $222,000
Household of 5 – $260,036
Household of 6 – $298,072
Household of 7 – $336,108
Household of 8 – $374,144

Prospective ECS families should contact the Admissions Office with questions.

Be sure to read information below about how this works for students at ECS and the family’s financial responsibility.

Tuition Assistance from ECS

ECS offers tuition assistance options primarily for families who do not qualify for the State programs, including those above the State income guidelines and those who do not live in Indiana.  Generally, to qualify for ECS tuition assistance, tuition must be greater than 10% of the family’s annual income.  Families can apply for ECS tuition assistance after admission is approved, and the amount of assistance varies per family and circumstance. New families will be provided with an online tuition assistance application after admission is approved and payment of the non-refundable commitment fee.
